Wool Shed Conversion

Transforming an 80-year-old wool shed into modern accommodation for Central Otago visitors and orchard workers came with its fair share of challenges.

The building was in a severe state of disrepair, with sections collapsing after years of neglect and almost no existing amenities. Restoring it required extensive work, but with patience from the owners and dedicated craftsmanship from the builders, we successfully brought this classic wool shed back to life.

Now, it stands as a warm and comfortable retreat, blending modern comfort with a rustic country charm that will be enjoyed for years to come.
